Terpineol oil is a naturally occurring monoterpene alcohol. This is one of the bulk spices, produced more than thousand tons every year for wide use as flavouring agent and in personal care products such as soaps and synthetic detergents. This oil is extracted through distillation fraction of pine leaves. Terpineol is a mixture of isomeric forms of alpha-            (88 -89%), beta- (1-2%) and gamma (9-10%).The oil is viscous and transparent liquid in appearance and gets easily crystallized. Terpineol oil is highly soluble in alcohol and ether but slightly soluble in water.

Ethyl Acetate Plants are designed mixing acetic acid and ethyl alcohol in a balanced proportion through a preheater to a kettle reboiler for distillation purpose. These plants are used in various cosmetic, chemical and pharmaceuticals industries for processing and storage of various products.

The oil can be obtained through pressing or crushing of the seed kernel both through cold pressing and through a process incorporating temperature controls 40 – 50 °C. Neem seed oil can be obtained by solvent extraction of the Neem seed, fruit, oil, cake or kernel.

Curcumin is extracted from the dried root of the rhizome Curcuma Longa. The process of extraction requires the raw material to be ground into powder, and washed with a suitable solvent that selectively extracts colouring matter. This proess after distillation of the solvent yields an oleoresin with colouring matter content in the region of 25-35 percent along with volatile oils and other resinous extractives. The oleoresin so obtained is subjected to further washes using selective solvents that can extract the curcumin pigment from the oleoresin. This process yields a powdered, purified food colour, known as curcumin powder, with over 90 percent colouring matter content and very little volatile oil and other dry matter of natural origin. The selection of solvents is done with care to meet extractability and regulatory criteria.

CNSL or Cashew Nut Oil or Cashew Shell Oil or CNSL Oil is a versatile by product of the Cashew industry.The nut has a shell of about 1/8 inch thickness inside which is a softhoney comb tructure containing a dark redish brown viscous liquid.It is called CASHEW NUT SHELL LIQUID or CNSL. Which is the pericarpfluid of the Cashew Nut. It is often considered as the better andcheaper material for unsaturated phenols.

Fish oil is taken from the flesh of various small, cold-water fish, such as mackerel, sardines and herring and even krill or algae oils. Whereas, cod liver oil is extracted from you guessed it the livers of cod fish. Fresh cod livers are digested by steam, water, acid, or alkali to produce the oil. Medicinal grades are chilled, and congealed stearic acid and other fatty acids are filtered off.

Zero liquid discharge (ZLD) is an engineering approach to water treatment where all water is recovered and contaminants are reduced to solid waste. While many water treatment processes attempt to maximize recovery of freshwater and minimize waste, ZLD is the most demanding target since the cost and challenges of recovery increase as the wastewater gets more concentrated. Salinity, scaling compounds, and organics all increase in concentration, which adds costs associated with managing these increases. ZLD is achieved by stringing together water treatment technology that can treat wastewater as the contaminants are concentrated.

The manufacturing process for the evaporated milk involves precision standardization of the fat content and the dry solids contents. This is followed by heat treatment which partly destroys the microbes present in the milk. Checks are carried out on the coagulation stability of the milk before it is packaged in the sterilized cans. The product is then placed in an autoclave for sterilization. Finally the cans are cooled before storage.

The cold pressed RBO is produced by compressing the rice bran through a mechanical screw press under mild heating (<50 °C), and the resulting oil is then filtered through filter paper, to produce the refined functional oil. Defatted rice bran and filter cake are the main by-products from this process.
